I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and cleanliness of the room during my stay, which made my city strolls much more enjoyable as I easily explored nearby places like Finch Park, just over 3 km away, and the Mahwah Museum, not too far at almost 6 km from the hotel.

During my stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful , making the experience more pleasant. I loved the kitchen facilities, which made it easy to prepare meals.

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bathroom had mildew, and there was litter throughout the premises.

We had a cozy stay, enjoying the well-equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge and a clean room that made us feel right at home. The hotel offered a pool and a nice outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The only hiccup was a slight wait during check-in, but it didn’t dampen our experience at all! 😊

The hotel was super convenient for our trip, just a short drive to the Darlington Golf Center and stunning skiing at Campgaw Mountain. We loved our room's kitchen setup! The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Just keep in mind that breakfast is limited to coffee and granola bars.

One downside was the uncomfortable bed. it definitely could use better pillows and sheets.

The studio with 2 double beds offered ample space and a full kitchen, ideal for families. Friendly staff made the experience even better, particularly highlighting Mr Cole's dedication to guest satisfaction. Convenience items like luggage carriers were a nice touch, enhancing the overall stay. However, the absence of an oven in the kitchen was somewhat disappointing, and the noise from adjoining rooms could be managed better.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a decent kitchen area, which made our stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and remembered us each visit, adding a personal touch to the experience. However, the breakfast options were quite limited and could use improvement.

Family budget with some perks

The staff were extremely nice, they remembered us every time we walked by and were quick to help with our requests. Plus, the large space in the room, we didn't feel cramped with all our stuff, and having a kitchen helped us save money on meals.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it was acceptable.
